COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY IN BRIGHTON
My name is Liz and I have been a practising counsellor in Brighton for the past 10 years. I am committed to providing counselling and therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
My work is with both adults and young people on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling the client to overcome difficulties and to and to live life more fully.
The following headings will give an outline of the issues with which I work and I have given a more detailed explanation of these. There may be problems which are not covered here and an email or a telephone call would clarify if I can help.
These main areas are: Anxiety, Addiction, Attachment, Relationship and Trauma.
My practices are located in Preston Park, and Old Steine, in Central Brighton, and are within easy reach of Preston Park Station and Brighton Station and various buses.
